Summary: The first phase of the development of Rayya Highway (Phase – 1A) commences midway from Arad Avenue to Qalali Avenue. The project will include the reconstruction of Rayya Highway and its transformation into a dual carriageway (two in each direction), and the development of the existing intersection with Avenue 12 by establishing a new traffic signal. The total length of the project is 1.2 km.
