Summary: The project comprises of the expansion and road improvement of Avenue 47 (Phase 1) located at Arad, Block 244 between Hatim Al-Taie Avenue and Avenue 28. The project includes the expansion of road to 6 lanes (3 in each direction). This stage extends 2 km from its intersection with Hatem Al-Taie Avenue in the east to its intersection with Avenue 28 (located in the west), with improvements of road junctions and establishing two new signalized junctions. Furthermore, a service road will be constructed on the outskirts neighboring the houses around Avenue 47.
