Realizing the opportunities and challenges facing the Ministry, the Corporate Group has captured them into 4 main areas, as follows;
Strategy Formation
The above-mentioned four main opportunities and challenges are captured in a particular color to signify the relevant strategic direction that is meant to cater for it. Thus, four strategic directions (themes) are formed, as follows.
The strategic objectives are positioned across the 3 main BSC horizontal perspectives and within each of the 4 themes, as per their relevance and their cause and effect relationship. This interpolation has been exhibited at all 17 strategy maps.
