When does the payment enter my account?​

Ministry of Finance (MOF) has 2 settlement dates: The first one is due at the middle of the month (15th) and the second is due at the end of the month (30th)​

What are the procedures followed for compensation issues?​

The following documents are required to process the compensation:

- CPR copy of the beneficiary
- Letter from Minister of Municipalities & Agriculture to our Minister.
- Letter from the owner –no objection on the amount of the compensation.
- Letter from RPDD director to cadastral survey Directorate.
- Letter from Director of Cadastral Survey Directorate.
- Certificate of survey.
- Certificate of transfer.
- Copy of Land Deed and surveyed drawing.
- Copy of Heirs legal documents.
- Internal Invoice.​

How long does it take to settle payments?
Payment procedure should not take more than 3 working days providing all documents are complete and in order to be sent to Ministry of Finance (MOF)

Is the payment done by check or it could be deposited directly to a bank account?
All payments are be deposited to the beneficiary bank accounts through electronic transfer unless otherwise requested

What are the factors that might delay a payment?

•Missing supporting documents

•Approval Stamp is missing or incomplete

•Invoice not approved.

•Invoice not received.

•Invoice might be rejected by the Ministry of Finance for the following reasons:

1.Invoice date is before the (PO) Purchase Order’s date.

2.Difference in Date.

3.Difference it Vender’s or supplier’s name.

4.Difference CR.
