Project Summary: This project falls within the national strategic plan developed by the Ministry for the sewerage sector, serving as a foundation for planning, developing, and expanding networks and treatment systems in Bahrain in line with rapid urban growth, with the aim of achieving sustainable development of this sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain and providing optimal services across all regions of the Kingdom.
The project aims to provide sewerage services and treated wastewater to East Sitra Housing. The scope of works includes the construction of a sewer line through the establishment of a pumping station with a depth of 15 meters, pressure lines with a length of 230 meters, and the construction of a pipeline of 1.43 km with diameters of 200 mm, 800 mm, and 900 mm.
The project also includes the construction of a treated wastewater transmission line as follows:
Construction of a pipeline with a length of 4.4 km and a diameter of 300 mm.
Construction of 16 valve chambers.
