Abnormal Load Permission
Clients may use this e-service to apply for permission to transport by road; loads which are in excess to the general allowed limit. They can also tract the status of their application using this e-service. Service Document.

Traffic Signal Service Request
Citizens and other government authorities may use this e-service to report a fault in the roads of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The applicant would be allocated a tracking number that can be used to follow up on the status of the report. Service Document. |

Traffic Diversions Requests
Contractors engaged in road works, requiring permission to divert traffic may use this e-service to submit new traffic diversion request, extend existing permission, and follow up on request status. Service Document. |

Road Level Request
Citizens may use this e-service to get required road level information from Road Planning & Design Directorate. The applicant would be allocated a reference request number which can be used to follow up the status of request.
