Summary: Part of the Gulf Development Program by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, this project aims to establish a comprehensive social care complex for people with special needs and the elderly. The complex will include four buildings: an academic and vocational rehabilitation center, a nursing home, a social center, and a building for administrative services. Covering an area of about 35,432 square meters, the design focuses on sustainability, energy efficiency, and accessibility. The project will ensure easy movement with ramps at all entrances and elevators near entrances, along with appropriately sized restrooms.
