Project Brief: The school is the first school in Bahrain to be established with international design and green building specifications. It is the largest in terms of capacity, cost and facilities. The project cost about BD 11 million in the GCC Development Program for the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Sheikha Mozah Bint Hamad Al Khalifa School has a total area of 50,000 square meters and a building area of 26,500 square meters. It consists of four academic buildings that accommodate 1440 students and includes 48 classrooms with all modern educational facilities. For the various materials of science, computer, home science and library as well as the offices of the educational and administrative body and multi-purpose building has a gym designed to the specifications of high quality and can be used for various sporting events in the Kingdom, Cafeteria, central administration offices and service facilities. As for the outdoor stadiums, they are designed according to international standards and that include a football, volleyball, handball and basketball fields.
