Ministry of Works, Municipality Affairs& Urban Planning wishes to announce to the public, in co-operation with the General Directorate of Traffic of the Ministry of the Interior, as part of the improvment works on King Hamad Highway at its junction with 96 Highway near Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) necessitate closure of some lanes as follows:
- Closure of the slow lane for the southbound traffic and one lane will be provided for the traffic movement.
- Closure of the right turn lane from King Hamad Highway to 96 Highway leading to Sakhir area.
Kindly the road users of the Highway 96 requested to use the alternative routs through Al Muasker Highway to avoid the work zone.
The closure will be effective from Thursday 26/11/2020 at 10:00 p.m. to Saturday 28/11/2020 at 06:00 a.m. All road users are requested to observe and obey the traffic rules for safety of all.
