Under the patronage of MoW’s Sanitary Engineering Assistant Undersecretary Eng. Khalifa Al Mansoor, the Sanitary Engineering Sector held an open meeting aiming to introduce citizens and residents to the various sanitary services and present and future infrastructure projects implemented by the Ministry at the Central Governorate, in addition to highlighting the strategic plan for the sector.
 
 On this occasion, Sanitary Engineering Planning & Projects Director Asma Murad explained that the invitation to citizens and residents to visit the sanitary engineering offices allowed them to openly ask questions and present their suggestions to the sector, which reiterates the Ministry’s transparency and openness to suggestions. Ms. Murad also highlighted the various projects implemented by the sector; explaining that 95% of the population has been connected to the network, which is considered to be a high percentage on the Gulf Countries’ level.
 
Citizens at the Central Governorate extended thanks to the Ministry of Works for providing them with this opportunity to learn more about the sanitary engineering sector and its services and projects.
