The Ministry of Works recently completed the revamp of Sh. Isa bin Salman Highway; from its intersection with Sh. Salman Highway on the east to King Fahad Causeway on the west at a length of 18km both directions. Work on the BD1.591 million project commenced in May last year and was awarded to Bahrain Asphalt. Work comprises revamping the damaged parts of the highway, repaving the highway using a new layer of asphalt, and installing new traffic signs on the ground.
