MoW’s Assistant Undersecretary for Technical Services Ahmed Abdul Aziz Al Khayyat revealed that 40% of women working at the Ministry occupy senior management positions. During the 5th Honoring Ceremony for Bahraini Women that the Ministry organized for its female staff, he stressed the Ministry’s keenness to embrace female cadres and provide equal opportunities to them. 19 women were honored in recognition of their efforts, dedication and contribution to work development at the Ministry of Works.
