In implementation of the Royal directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to compensate citizens affected by the Iranian aggression, which resulted in damage to a number of homes and vehicles, the Ministry of Works, in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, handed over a new batch of repaired homes in Sitra after completing all technical and engineering works in accordance with the approved implementation plan and specified timeframe.

In this regard, the Ministry of Works' technical team stated that the repair works included addressing structural damage, completing internal and external finishing works, and restoring affected utilities and services. The works were carried out based on comprehensive technical assessments conducted by specialised engineering teams to ensure that the homes were restored to full operational condition while meeting all engineering requirements and the highest standards of quality and safety.

The Ministry of Works reaffirmed its commitment to continuing the repair and rehabilitation of the remaining damaged homes in accordance with the approved plan and in coordination with the relevant authorities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality execution in line with the directives aimed at providing all necessary support and care to the affected citizens.

For their part, citizens from Sitra expressed their sincere appreciation and gratitude for the Royal directives of His Majesty the King and the order of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. They praised the swift response of the government authorities and the efforts made to complete the repair works within a short period, enabling them to return to their homes.

The citizens also expressed their appreciation for the close attention and direct follow-up they received from the initial damage assessment through to the completion of repairs and handover of their homes. They affirmed that this approach reflects the care extended to citizens in the Kingdom of Bahrain and demonstrates the effective coordination among government entities, which contributed to restoring normal life and providing reassurance to the affected families.
