The Roads Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning and Chairman of the Coordination & Follow-up Committee Eng. Huda Fakhro visited Zinj, Adhari and Bilad Al Qadeem at the Capital Governorate, in the presence of Chairman of the Capital Secretariat Council Mohammed Al Khozaei, members of the council and a number of engineers from the Ministry. The visit aimed to determine roads and sanitary needs at the three areas.
During the visit, the members of the council requested revamping and re-paving a number of dirt roads in Blocks 362, 361 and 365 in Bilad Al Qadeem, revamping and paving Adhari Avenue, paving Road 6105 leading to Qortuba Primary School for Girls, constructing parking spaces close to the schools located in those areas and attending to the a number of locations suffering from storm water flood issues in Bilad Al Qadeem.
