HE the Minister of Works Eng. Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf patronized the Ministry’s 8th Annual Honoring Ceremony, at which 117 outstanding employees from different sectors and directorates had been honored in recognition of their outstanding performances in 2012. Members of MoW’s different Committees had also been honored for their efforts and diligence.
 
The honoring ceremony was held at the Hotel Sofitel in Zallaq, which coincides with the Kingdom’s National Day Celebrations and reflects the Government’s keenness to take care of human cadres and stimulate further productivity and striving for excellence.
 
At the beginning of the ceremony, the Ministry’s Undersecretary and the Head of the Honoring Committee Eng. Waleed Al Saei delivered a speech in which he extended thanks to the Minister of Works for patronizing the event, and congratulated all the honorees on their achievements and awards.
 
‘The Ministry is always keen to award hard working MoW’s staff, for their efforts and hard work is the reason why the Ministry of Works has become a leading organization in providing high quality services, and it is their perseverance that has enabled us to achieve our strategic vision,’ said Al Saei.
 
The honoree Noora Al Naemi delivered a note on behalf of her colleagues , in which she said that having been honored only reflect her success and her colleagues’ success in seeking what is best for the job; which is a principle that the Ministry has always instilled in them.
 
The Minister later presented the honorees with certificates of appreciation and gifts.
