MoW’s Head of Strategic Planning & Quality Management Eng. Raja Al Zayani received at her office the Director of the Organizational Project Management Office in Ajman Ms. Shaikha Yousif Al Naimi. The visit comes as part of various similar visits that different organizations make to closely review the Ministry of Works’ model in strategy and project management.

 

Ms. Al Naimi lauded the Ministry’s success in the field of strategy and project management, and its keenness to continuously achieve excellence in various initiatives and activities serving this ambitious objective. Al Zayani and the strategy management team at the Ministry highlighted the Ministry’s model in strategy management; shedding light on all stages involved in the process, which begin with a complete analysis to the Ministry’s internal and external environments, cover strategic planning and end with implementation of strategy.

 

At the end of the meeting, Ms. Al Naimi extended thanks to the Ministry of Works for their warm welcome and wished them further successes in all project management related fields and initiatives, in order to maintain a leading position in strategy management and implementation.
