Road works will commence this month (March 2013), and the contractor is JASCO (Jalal Al A’ali & Sons Company), and the cost of the project is BD 754,144/. The works comprise the improvement and reconstruction of approximately 1.03 kilometers of two lane - dual carriageway along of Mahzorah Avenue, include the new construction traffic signal at Avenue 37 Junction. Works include earthworks, drainage, ducts, block paving of footpath, asphalt surfacing, traffic signal works, road markings and signs installation related to the roadworks. Utilities relocation works included to be done by others.
