MoW’s Head of Strategic Management Raja Al Zayani participated in the International Conference for Strategy Management in Dubai, in which she presented a paper under the title ‘Implementation of Strategies in Project Management Organizations’. Strategy management experts from all over the world participated in the conference, including Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Norton; founders of the Balanced Scorecard Methodology, which is one of the most successful strategy management methodologies worldwide. ‘The Balanced Scorecard Methodology is the tool by which any organization can measure its success and determine its objectives both internally and externally,’ explained Al Zayani.
