MoW’s Assistant Undersecretary for Technical Services Ahmed Al Khayyat received the first batch of graduates from the Ministry’s Scholarship Program for Outstanding Students, which cover unique engineering specializations in the fields of cost engineering, roads and bridges engineering and survey engineering. The graduates extended thanks to Al Khayyat for the continuous support extended to them by the Ministry to enhance the quality of their academic and practical qualifications.
