UPON DIRECTIVES FROM HRH THE PREMIER, WORKS MINISTRY REVAMPS HAWAR AVENUE FROM ASKAR TO JAW

Upon directives from HRH the Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Ministry of Works is soon to commence the revamp of Hawar Avenue; extending from Askar to Jaw.

Roads Projects & Maintenance Director Raed Al Salah explained that the contractual procedures are presently being finalized with the contractor in charge of implementation, which is expected to take 40 weeks to complete. The project also comes in line with the Ministry of Works’ strategic plan; aiming to develop the road network and infrastructure in Bahrain and continue the revamp and maintenance programs being implemented in all towns and villages in the Kingdom.
