HE the Minister of Works Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf received in his office President of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Eng. Seen Lian Ong. Present in the meeting was also Head of Engineering Occupation Committee Mohammed Khalil Al Sayid, MoW’s Assistant Undersecretary for technical Services Ahmed Abdul Azizi Al Khayyat, the General Director of Land Registration Mr. Naji Sabt and a number of other officials from RICS and the Survey & Land Registration Bureau.

The Minister Khalaf hailed RICS’s efforts in providing various training courses and programs to different engineering specializations at the ministry, which therefore provides them with great expertise in the fields of quantity and land survey and also hydrographic survey.
