HE the Minister of Works Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf received in his office GOYS President Hisham Mohammed Al Jowder and HH Shaikh Hisham bin Abdul Rahman Al Khalifa, where they discussed means of cooperation between the Ministry of Works and the General Organization for Youth & Sports, which was key to the success of a number of projects supervised by GOYS, especially sports cities projects, the model clubs, and a number of other sports projects.

The Minister Khalaf shed light on progress in construction works in Khalifa Sports City project, and also discussed other projects such as the model clubs, sports halls being implemented by the ministry, in addition to progress achieved in Al Najma sports club project.

President of GOYS expressed appreciation towards all the efforts extended by officials at the Ministry of Works, especially the Minister of Works. He also stressed the importance of cooperation between GOYS and the ministry, which always contribute positively to supporting sports and youth activities taking place in the Kingdom, in line with international achievements in the field of sports.
