The Ministry of Works announces the commencement of dirt roads pavement in Sanad; Blocks 743 and 745, Roads 4394 and 4580 and the environs. This is part of the Government’s Program to improve infrastructure in all areas in the Kingdom, pave dirt roads in urban areas and provide an integrated road network. The BD517,507 project was awarded to Al Wardi Constructions. The project aims to serve 408 residential units and pave 85.10% of roads in the block. Work comprises of paving a total of 5.988km long roads, paving and asphalting works, implementing a proper infrastructure and constructing parking spaces. Work also involves installation of storm water drainage system, installation of street lighting system and signage.
