MoW’s Acting Roads Projects & Maintenance Director Eng. Shawqi Al Mandeel revealed that the Ministry has completed the implementation of 34 parking spaces in Blocks 907 & 909 in East Riffa and a storm-water drainage network in Road 965. Al Mandeel explained that the implementation of the parking lot cost BD50,000 and was implemented by Sayyed Kadhim Al Durazi Company, Bahrain Asphalt and Gulf Horizons. ‘Work included the construction of parking spaces along Road 709 in Block 907, and Road 965 in Block 909, which is part of the Ministry’s plan to construct parking spaces in all Kingdom’s Governorates,’ explained Al Mandeel.
