Ministry of Works’ Roads Undersecretary Huda Fakhro toured the Central Governorate, accompanied by the 7th District Municipal Representative Ahmed Al Ansari, and the 4th District Municipal Representative Ghazi Al Hamer.

At the beginning of the visit, Mr. Al Ansari briefed Fakhro on citizens’ and residents’ needs in the 7th district, which included revamping Al Mahzoora Avenue and creating a proper access to block 941, in addition to constructing parking spaces in a number of other areas.

Mr. Al Hamer highlighted needs in the 4th district; emphasizing the need to finish the safety barrier on Al Quds Avenue, revamp block 814 and construct parking spaces near Badr Al Kubra School. A study is currently in place to install a pedestrian traffic signal on Al Quds Avenue.
