MoW’s Roads Projects & Maintenance Director Raed Al Salah revealed that the Ministry achieved 60% completion in Isa Bin Salman Highway Revamp Project; extending from its interchange with Sh. Salman Highway on the east to King Fahad Causeway on the west at a length of 18 km both directions. Final asphalting works are expected to compete by the end of October this year.

 

The BD1.591 million project was awarded to Bahrain Asphalt Company. The Ministry of Works apologizes for any inconvenience resulting from revamp works of the highway, which naturally requires some traffic diversions and closing some lanes based on the requirements of each phase. The Ministry also urges all road users to adhere to traffic regulations and instructions at the work location.
