HE the Minister of Works Essam Bin Abdulla Khalaf is to inaugurate the Arab Exhibition for Engineering Mechanisms tomorrow morning. The Arabian Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) insulation, air-conditioning and refrigeration show is being held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIEC) from 10-11 January 2012.
The nearly 2,500 professionals attending will be part of a multinational gathering of industry professionals in the sector.
The event will showcase and demonstrate latest products, services, opportunities and recent trends in the market. There will be great emphasis on greener products, energy efficiency and sophisticated technologies being used all over the world. The changing technology and human concern for the environment has paved a path to creating newer and innovative products which are available. He said the need of the day is that newer technologies should be utilized as much as possible.
The main objective of the show is to promote the most advanced equipments and technology as well as introduction of civilized methods of work based on the principle of fair competition and contribution into steady development of regional businesses.
The event is also a platform that would give participants an opportunity to come together, learn, interact and develop a new business relationship. This will lead to new sale and distribution channels that enable to explore new markets and increasing industry exposure on an international level.
