Submit an Abnormal Load Application

Instructions :
  • Fill the required fields, generate the application form, scan and sign. Then attach the required application form
  • The following documents are needed when applying for an Abnormal Load Application:
    • Application Form
    • Sketch showing the trailer's and load's configurations
    • Plan showing the route of the movement, (if any)
*Note :
  • Documents to be attached should be in (PDF/JPG/JPEG/GIF/BMP/DOCX/DOC) format.
