Ministry of Works wishes to announce to the public, in co-operation with the General Directorate of Traffic of the Ministry of Interior, as part of the resurfacing works on Zallaq Highway between Sakhir Roundabout and Sakhir Palace Roundabout necessitate closure of one lane and two lanes on stages in both directions as follows:
1. Closure of one lane on stages in both directions and two lanes will be provided for traffic movement during working days.
2. Closure of two lanes on stages in both directions and one lane will be provided for traffic movement during weekends from Thursday at 11:00 p.m. to Sunday at 05:00 a.m.
The closure will be effective from Tuesday 19/12/2023 for a period of one month. All road users are requested to observe and obey the traffic rules for safety of all.
