1- Remove crumbling asphalt layers and replace it with new layers.
2- Fix under-ground tracks to be used in the future for different services.
3- Replace services which incompatible with road construction and transfer it to new sites commensurate with road regression, as well as protect other services that existing within around road borders.
4- To give more artistic character of the roads, many of roads will be established using ground bricks.
5- Build rain-water drainage network covers most of roads.
6- Ground bricks sidewalks.
7- Fix traffic signs and signals.
