Roads Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning and Chairman of the Coordination & Follow-up Committee Eng. Huda Fakhro revealed that the Ministry received a total of 489 requests from municipal councils and the Capital Municipality during the first quarter of 2017 (for the months January, February and March).
Fakhro explained that the total number of requests that the committee responded to amounted to 481 requests, including requests to construct speed humps, install barriers, revamp roads, construct parking spaces and solve the issue of waterlogging.
