The Ministry of Works has awarded to prizes to winners in the staff draw held for participants in a questionnaire on the staff integration in the work process as well as participants in evaluating the Ministry’s electronic services provided for infrastructure development. Prizes were presented by Assistant Undersecretary for Technical Services Mr. Ahmed Al Khayat and Director of Information Technology Directorate Mr. Hisham Sater to the winners. A total of 10 Ministry employees won prizes for responding to a questionnaire on the level of stag integration in the work process. In another questionnaire on the evaluation of the Ministry’s electronic services, five employees from different departments won prizes.

 

The questionnaire provided a valuable opportunity to the Ministry’s staff members by demonstrating their interaction with the Ministry’s services and implementing its strategy to meet requirements of its personnel. The results have shown that the overall satisfaction towards integration amounts to 67.8% while the overall staff satisfaction towards the Ministry’s electronic services has reached 77%.
