The Ministry of Works announces the commencement of dirt roads paving in Hidd 109 and the environs. This is part of the Government’s Program to improve infrastructure in all areas in the Kingdom, pave dirt roads in urban areas and provide an integrated road network. The BD1,235,832 project was awarded to Al Door Constructions; aiming to serve 422 residential units and pave 92% of roads in the block. Work comprises of paving a total of 8km long roads, asphalting and civil works, implementing street lighting system, rain water drainage network and signage, painting of road marks, in addition to the implementation of ground channels to avoid cutting the asphalt in the future.
